Odd Jobs / Wedding Invitation for House Voronis5/24/2001 |

|
When Terrence and Miranda got married, they requested a "runesnake" for their wedding invitations, such as are found carved in standing stones throughout Northern Europe and England. Printed on silver vellum with purple ink, the result was really quite lovely. The text (written in Elder Futhark) reads,"Think
not you can direct the course of Love, for Love, if it finds you worthy,
directs your course." Excerpted from The Prophet,
by Kalil Gibran. Note: Runic script is actually a syllabary rather than a true alphabet, so the transliteration is approximate. Any typos are my own. Pen and Ink. |
