The very very first draft of the Super Deformed Gamer Group Portrait.

Hastily sketched on onionskin with a calligraphy pen during the first game session, giggled over, and thrown in the bottom of a file drawer for 6 months or so, this weird relic of games long past was recently unearthed and colored in Photoshop by yours truly for the amusement of all. From left to right**, the characters are: Agasha Koji, Togashi Oe, and Kitsuki Nosho of the Dragon Clan, Hida Kenji of the Crab Clan, Mayumi Shiba of the Phoenix Clan, and Kuni, err, whatshername of the Crab Clan. (We all just called her "Kuni", or "That Damn Kuni" in the game, anyway. What's in a name?) John and Carolyn's characters are not in this portrait because they had not yet joined the party. Set in the fictional (but strangely familiar) world of Rokugan.

** There IS no person in the upper left hand corner, because as all Rokugani samurai know, Ninja don't EXIST.
